Introduction
Genius CE & Enterprise have developed a system that enables learners to pay for their courses even before they finalize the registration process. This article aims to explore the various methods available for paying for your courses. Also, we'll be able to explore how you can use discount and voucher codes to maximize any promotional offers your organization may provide as part of its educational initiatives.
Paying for your Courses
When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the Shopping Cart icon located in the top right corner of the screen. If any of the courses you have chosen come with a price tag, you will need to follow the checkout procedure, which will prompt you to select a payment method. Furthermore, if you have a coupon code, you will have the opportunity to apply it during this step, which can lead to significant savings.
During the checkout process, you will encounter a drop-down menu that allows you to select your preferred payment method for finalizing the registration. Depending on how your organization has set up its payment workflow, you may be presented with one or several options from which to choose. In most instances, you will be redirected to a payment gateway configured by your organization, allowing you to make a payment using a credit or debit card in real-time. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will either be immediately enrolled in your chosen course(s) or may need to receive approval for entry into those course(s).
Important: Finish checkout before changing your cart. When the payment page opens, the total is locked to whatever is in your cart at that point. If you add or remove a course afterward, even in another tab or window, close the payment page, go back to your Shopping Cart, and start checkout again. Otherwise you may be charged for the wrong courses, which can cause enrollment problems.
Invoices
In many situations, your organization will have a system in place to automatically send you an invoice after you complete your course payment. You will receive this invoice via email once you've finished the checkout process. Typically, the invoice will be included as an attachment in PDF format, making sure that you have a formal record of your transaction for your records or any future reference.
