Creating Accounts from the Learner’s View
Users can initiate the account creation process by clicking on the “Create Account” button on the Public Welcome page.
The user will be prompted to fill out a form with the necessary information to create their account. This will include any custom fields and display logic added during the form creation process.
As an example of display logic, the question above "Are you an alumni?" will trigger different follow-up questions depending on how the user responds.
- If "Yes" is selected, the user sees additional questions about their graduation year and date of birth:
- If "No is selected, the user continues on to the phone number field and is not prompted with additional questions:
Once they complete their registration form, the user will receive an email from Genius with their login details to finish setting up their password. After their password is set, they can register for courses.
